This report is presented to journalize an actual on going dispute surrounding the rights of the pizza business that is
the neighbor of an apartment tenant, and to
discovery and understand the law that generally attempts to regulate the rights of property owners that use their
property in such away that negatively
effects the rights of none owners. We will be detailing any progress or loss that the tenant experiences as this dispute
makes its way through the legal system
and how the authorities reacted to the dispute.
Remember the tenant is complaining that the pizza business is interfering with the tenant's rights to enjoy the subsidized
assigned apartment that has been rented.
